Permit Forms

Minor Improvement Permit (PDF) This application may be submitted for the following:
- Accessory structures (up to 200 square feet for residential and up to 120 square feet for commercial)
- Decks (less than 30 inches above grade, up to 200 square feet, and not attached to the main structure)
- Fences and/or Walls (up to 7 feet in height) Refer to Zoning Code Table 10-50.50.030.A for maximum height allowed within setbacks.
- Retaining Walls (up to 4 feet in height measured from bottom of footing to top of wall)
- Façade changes (consult with the Planner of the Day prior to submittal)
- Landscaping modification (consult with the Planner of the Day prior to submittal)
